This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways! Firstly, the location was absolutely fantastic. It was conveniently located near Times Square and the Port Authority transportation, making it perfect for sightseeing and enjoying the vibrant nightlife of New York. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that our needs were met. Additionally, the rooms were just what we expected from a budget hotel - clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the prime location.
